The paper analyzes the image quality in augmented reality display based on holographic waveguides. Brightness, brightness non-uniformity, noise, etc., depend parameters of waveguide substrate, configuration, and relief shape diffraction optical elements. optimal structure waveguides obtained by analog holography has been studied. presented recommendations to achieve best are experimental results for different configurations
